Since no regrinds have been used, the result is a more flexible and more durable product. Their self-lubricating qualities allow for consistently smooth usage. All drapery tracks are produced from high quality vinyl or 6063-T5 anodized aluminum with a clear satin finish. These materials have proven to be ideal for their usage in this manner; they are light, attractive, and still able to withstand high impact.

Aluminum Tracks

 Our aluminum track is extruded 6063-T5 anodized aluminum. The track is etched, anodized, and siliconized. The clear satin finish is rust proof and chip proof.

A100 Aluminum Vertical Mount Drapery Track

Aluminum hand-drawn track with vertical flange is normally affixed directly to wall using standard fasteners. This track can also be recessed, depending on application.


Description:

Extruded 6063-T5 aluminum track is etched, anodized, and siliconized. Clear satin finish is rust proof and chip proof.  Track comes in 16 ft standard lengths, but can be cut to length for an additional charge.


Installation:

Track should be mounted to wood using standard fasteners, or to plaster using #6, #8, or #10 screws, positioned 4" apart. Installation should allow 1/4" clearance between track end and end wall. Install carriers, gliders, or sew-on tabs at 3" on center. Draperies should be attached starting at the center, removing or adding carriers as needed at the notches on either end of the track. Complete installation using M-114 or M-115 end stops.

A101 Aluminum Horizontal Mount Drapery Track

Aluminum hand-drawn track is normally affixed directly to ceiling surface using screws or M-123 mounting clips.  May also be side-mounted using M-3512 gliders.

A104 Aluminum Architectural Drapery Track

Aluminum hand-drawn track is normally affixed directly to ceiling surface using standard fasteners. Track can be curved to 8"-12" radius.


Description:

Extruded 6063-T5 aluminum track is etched, anodized, and siliconized. Clear satin finish is rust proof and chip proof.  Track comes in 14 ft standard lengths, but can be cut to length for an additional charge. Comparable to Kirsch™ 9046 track.


Installation:

Track should be mounted to wood using standard fasteners, or to plaster using #6, #8, or #10 screws, positioned 4" apart.  Track installation should allow 1/2" clearance between track end and end wall. Install carriers at 3" on center and attach draperies starting at the center, removing or adding carriers as needed at either end of the track.

A105 Aluminum Drapery Track, i-beam

Aluminum, hand drawn track comes in 8 ft lengths. Track can be mounted to the ceiling using M-122 brackets or to the wall using M-119 brackets.

Extruded 6063-T5 aluminum track is anodized, with a clear satin finish that is rust proof and chip proof.  Track comes in 8 ft standard lengths, but can be cut to length for an additional charge.

Track can be mounted to the ceiling using M-122 ceiling brackets or to the wall using M-119 I-beam brackets.

Vinyl Tracks

 Our vinyl track is made from a high quality extruded B.F. Goodrich® vinyl compound, is high gloss, and comes in 12 ft lengths. It is available in five different finishes, White, Off-white, Teak, Black, and Walnut. This high impact material will withstand considerable abuse as well as nailing, stapling, and pneumatic die cutting.

We use Dupont Delrin® in our injection molded parts. Delrin® offers superior mechanical properties including high strength and rigidity over a broad temperature range, toughness and resistance to repeated impact and good electrical insulation. It is resistant to the effects of UV rays and has superior dimensional stability, long-term creep resistance, long-term fatigue resistance and excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, solvents, and fuels.
